Rosé Rosemary Spritz (with Honey): Light, Lovely, and a Little Herb-y
Welcome to your main character on the patio moment.
This Rosé Rosemary Spritz is equal parts chic and easy. She’s pink, she’s fizzy, she’s got a hint of rosemary like you definitely grow your own herbs (and if you don’t yet—this drink will convince you to start).
And instead of sugar or syrupy mixers, we’re keeping it light with honey—aka the cozy, golden sweetener that just feels a little fancy.
What You’ll Need (1 Serving)
3 oz dry rosé wine (something not too sweet, like Whispering Angel)
1/2 oz honey rosemary syrup (recipe below)
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Sparkling water (Topo, LaCroix, or whatever’s chilled)
Ice
Garnish: rosemary sprig + lime wheel
Honey Rosemary Syrup:
1/4 cup honey Or sub in sugar-free honey alternative (like Wholesome or Nature’s Hollow brands)
1/4 cup water
1–2 rosemary sprigs
Simmer over low heat until the honey is dissolved. Let rosemary steep for 10–15 min, then strain and chill. Store in the fridge up to 1 week.
