  • 2 eggs

  • ⅓ cup coconut oil (or butter), melted

  • ½ cup maple syrup

  • 1 cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt
